I need some ideas for putting my hair up?

I have long hair and don't want to cut it. However, I am at work in a professional environment and sometimes just letting it hang loose looks a little messy. I have fine, straight hair, and I would like some ideas and instructions for half-up styles and buns that don't look too severe. Pictures would be great!

-simple low pony tail

well i love the french twist its so nice, and classy especially for work, or just a simple bun with bobby pins, and last but not least put it up in a medium high pony tail take 1 inch of the hair strand and wrap it around the rubber band and pin it on sides it will make a cute design
